The HR Operations Specialist is expected to display exemplary team work alongside broader teams based across EMEA & APAC. They would also be required to lead/partner on HR initiatives which drive business results. This position is required to stay aligned, maintain global standards as much as possible and ensure compliance of all personnel administration operations with French legal requirements + RESIDEO standards and procedures. They will also be responsible to liase for French language support required for service delivery of HR Operations in Switzerland.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Drive standardization/simplification opportunities
- Continue to drive compliance on Employee File Management
- Identify, Partner & Implement self-service/automation opportunities
- Identify areas to enhance performance & utilization of HR Advisor
- Ensure good partnership in delivering Payroll support
- Partner with the appropriate resources to ensure compliance with all laws and company direction

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's degree required. HR Background is desired.
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar position, Payroll experience is must
- Good knowledge of French legal environment/regulations + Social Security
- Fluency in French and English

**WE VALUE**:

- Strong PC skills
- Oracle, Kelio-Bodet and Windows Office advanced user
- High appetite to sense urgency and act swiftly
- Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing time sheets
- T&A Knowledge to validate the input vs payroll output
- Knowledge about rules or law about the T & A system
- Knowledge about local rule and regulations about the payroll tax, social security system and benefit
- Experience in handling or should have knowledge in calculation of termination, new joiners or leavers payment and other process
- Experience in handling local government systems
- Knowledge in payroll ADP payroll software in beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
