Main Tasks
Working for Qair’s Group Communications department, you will support the teams and participate to all communications projects:
- Support the various departments and subsidiaries (press, events, digital, social networks).
- Participate to the deployment of Qair’s identity (corporate brand, employer brand) both externally and internally;
- Support internal communications (in France and in coordination with international teams).
**Specifically, you will be responsible for and/or assist with**:
- Writing and/or supervising the writing of communication materials.
- Press relations management (contacting journalists, creating international and regional listings, scorings).
- Events: occasional support at exhibitions and inaugurations.
- Updating the Group’s reference media: social networks (LinkedIn), website, intranet, newsletter, presentations, etc.
- Desiging ways to optimize brand activation plans.
- Drawing up and making available audience analysis reports and press reviews.
Skills Required
- Student at a communications school or university equivalent
- Fluent French and English (daily exchanges and writing in both languages)
- Consistency and creativity
- Organized and flexible
- Good writing skills
- WordPress CMS
- Cision
- Meltwater
- Office 365
- Google Analytics
