As a member of the customer service team at the Ceva Ecat-iD Campus in Plouédern, you will be responsible for:
Troubleshoot customer problems via a remote connection to the machines, by telephone or on site,
Provide technical expertise to on-site technicians and customers, according to needs and constraints,
Follow the intervention from its opening to its closing and integrate the intervention data into the CRM,
Ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction, and close the intervention,
Write and update documentation to guide technicians and customers in resolving problems. Train teams if necessary,
Suggest improvements and participate in the continuous improvement process,
Search for parts for Sales Administration
On-call duty a few weekends a year.
**Your profile**:
You have a degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in automation or mechatronics, and solid experience in maintenance, troubleshooting or installation of special machines.
Solid knowledge of automation,
Fluency in technical English,
Proficiency in office automation, CRM and business software,
Strong customer relationship management skills,
