To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team. **Your missions**: As Technical Manager, you will report to the Deputy Site Manager, and will be responsible for: - Manage the teams and planning of the 11-strong mechanical design team (design office technicians, design office manager, 4 product managers, 1 technical writer). - Define and prioritize the various study and development topics relating to the mechanical design of special automated in-ovo vaccination machines. - Support and plan the industrialization of equipment on customer sites with internal departments and external partners. - Manage and coordinate service providers: select partners, define resources and schedules. - Ensure standardization of the machine range and drive continuous improvement. - Work closely on a daily basis with the Electrical and Automation Engineering Department to develop existing technical solutions. - Act as a central point of contact on mechanical issues for other company departments (methods, procurement, after-sales service, etc.). **Your profile**: Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally in mechanical engineering, At least 5 years' experience managing a mechanical design office, Solid skills in mechanics and knowledge of electricity and automation, Proficiency in CAD software, ideally Autodesk Inventor, Fluency in English is a plus.
