**Join us as a Partnerships Manager - Europe**

**Responsibilities**:
Strategy: Support global strategy for Lounges in Europe

Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with core airport ecosystem partners

New Business: Identify, negotiate, and secure new rewarding commercial partnership

Commercial Negotiation: Drive optimum terms and conditions for partnerships

Contract Management: Ensure preferential contractual terms reflecting our global scale

Analysis and Reporting: Provide insights on partnership performance and growth potential

Marketing Collaboration: Maximize partner exposure through various channels.

**Requirements**:
️ Strong track record in winning exclusive deals and managing international supplier relationships.

️ Experience in the airport economy sector, especially in Europe, is advantageous.

️ Excellent relationship-building skills in an international environment.

️ Proven team management experience within a matrix structure.

️ Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.

️ Persuasive and influential at a senior level.

️ Strong commercial acumen and negotiating skills.

️ Excellent networking and communication skills, fluency in Spanish would be ideal. Other European languages such as Italian, French and Portuguese would be advantageous

️ Salesforce understanding desirable; willingness to learn essential.

️ Passion for keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor information.
