**Your Team and Mission**

Data analysis, data modeling, software development and real estate market research are part of our business unit DAT (Data, Analytics & Technology). To find innovative answers to increasingly complex questions, we combine the best of human and digital intelligence. Our diverse expertise, cutting-edge technologies and comprehensive data helps our clients to gain new perspectives and opportunities. And, with many years of experience as a leading real estate consulting company, together we are actively driving the change of the real estate industry into a new technological era.

Due to our international growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced leader for our Data, Analytics and Technology team at our Paris office.

With your business experience, strong entrepreneurial mindset and your affinity for technology, you will drive and lead the strategic advancement of our DAT team in Paris while working closely with the headquarter in Zurich.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Together with your team, the French MD and with the support of the Wüest Partner group, you as our French DAT Lead will help the French real estate industry to better manage their real estate portfolios and shape how they work today and in the future
- You will be responsible for acquiring, building and developing trustful and successful partnerships with clients and prospects to shape a sustainable future
- You actively drive the business development activities and represent Wüest Partner and our digital solutions in the French market
- You identify current and future needs, stay ahead of industry trends, regulations and emerging technologies and work closely with the Wüest Partner headquarters on product enhancements and local requirements to further improve our innovative and award winning products
- You consistently navigate and lead your team of developers, data scientists, product managers, key account managers and sales representatives in alignment with our group strategy and roadmap
- You ensure a timely and high quality client project delivery and customer success
- You work closely with our local real estate experts team in Paris to drive up
- and cross-selling

**Qualifications**:
**Your Profile**
- You bring minimum 8-10 years of work experience and are an experienced leader in the real estate industry with strong business orientation, and modern leadership skills in the digital environment
- You have successfully completed a university/technical college degree in business management, computer science, data science or similar
- You have a technical understanding and approach technical questions analytically and systematically
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are a hands on person that can shape and build things
- You embody our culture: pragmatic and united for our units and able to strike the right balance between entrepreneur, coach and networker
- Strong orientation for quality and customer service along with a high level of integrity and personal responsibility and ownership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as proficiency in both English and French
