***Le département Finance Real Estate / Global Finance recherche un(e) **:Stagiaire à temps plein pour une durée de six mois**

***MISSIONS**:
***

***Le/la stagiaire, véritablement intégré(e) dans l’équipe, aura pour missions d’assister l’associé et les collaborateurs du département Finance Real Estate/ Global Finance dans toutes les étapes de traitement des dossiers et notamment:

- d’effectuer des recherches juridiques,
- de préparer et/ou revoir les documents de closing, et
- d’assister aux closings des transactions avec les équipes en charge du dossier.

**PROFIL**:

***Vous êtes en cours de master II et/ou diplômé(e) d’une grande école en droit des affaires et/ou élève avocat. L’obtention d’un LLM est appréciée. Vous avez impérativement déjà effectué un ou plusieurs stages en cabinet d'avocats.
- Nous recherchons des stagiaires à fort potentiel, autonomes et capables d’évoluer dans un environnement international. Une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable.
- Le travail en équipe occupe une place prépondérante. Nous avons à cœur d’impliquer nos stagiaires au maximum sur les dossiers et les invitons autant que possible à participer à la vie des équipes et du cabinet comme s’ils étaient déjà des collaborateurs au sein de notre structure.
