**Ce que vous ferez**:
Rejoignez notre Team** Risk & Compliance** en tant que **Senior Manager.**

Vous serez au cœur des problématiques de gouvernance, de conformité et de gestion des risques.

Vous serez amené(e) à:

- **Concevoir et piloter** des projets pour accompagner nos clients dans la mise en conformité réglementaire (Sécurité financière, lutte anti-corruption, protection de la clientèle, finance durable, activités de marché, Bâle IV, RGPD, etc.).
- **Évaluer et optimiser** les dispositifs de gestion des risques et de contrôle interne.
- **Conseiller et former** les dirigeants sur les enjeux liés à la gouvernance et à la conformité réglementaire.
- **Superviser des équipes** dans la conduite des missions et garantir la qualité des livrables.
- **Contribuer à l’innovation** et au développement de méthodologies dans le domaine Risk & Compliance.
- **Participer au développement commercial** : identification des opportunités, réponses aux appels d’offres, et fidélisation des clients existants.

Vous interviendrez sur des sujets à fort enjeux et contribuerez à résoudre des problèmes complexes et stimulants dans des secteurs d’activités diversifiés.

**Vous participerez au succès commercial d’iQo**: contribution à la rédaction de propositions commerciales, de pitchs clients innovants, et à leur présentation auprès des clients et prospects ;
**En interne, vous contribuerez à faire grandir iQo** en vous investissant sur des sujets d’organisation, de diffusion de la connaissance, d’impact

**Qui recherchons-nous ?**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne diplômée d’une école de rang A et/ou en droit, avec une expérience significative d’environ 8 ans dans le domaine du conseil en conformité et/ou gestion des risques.

Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’aisance analytique, de curiosité, d’organisation et d’intelligence relationnelle, vous permettant de proposer des solutions réalistes et opérationnelles.

Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais et êtes à l'aise pour évoluer à l'écrit et à l'oral dans un environnement international.

Vous souhaitez vous développer dans un environnement entrepreneurial fortement dynamique, dans le cadre de la création d’un pôle dédié aux sujets risques et conformité.
