Les fonctions financières de Tikehau Capital sont centralisées au niveau du siège et servent toutes les entités du Groupe.
Aux côtés des départements Comptabilité & Consolidation, Trésorerie et Gestion de portefeuille, le département Contrôle Financier joue un rôle déterminant dans le suivi et le pilotage de la performance.
Dans un contexte de croissance rapide et d’internationalisation, Tikehau Capital est à la recherche d’un Contrôleur Financier Groupe Junior.
Reportant au Contrôleur Financier, vous couvrirez le contrôle financier du périmètre consolidé des activités de Tikehau Capital.
Les principales responsabilités (sans être exhaustives) sont axées sur l’assistance au contrôleur financier pour les tâches suivantes:
- Préparation et centralisation des indicateurs (KPI) de la gestion d’actifs au niveau du groupe
- Transformation des outils de reporting existants via des outils de BI.
- Préparation de rapports internes pour nos 4 stratégies (dette privée, immobilier, private equity et stratégies liquides),
- Participation aux processus budgétaires liés aux KPI de la gestion d’actifs et aux états financiers
- Participation à la mise en place d’outils de reporting

Tikehau Capital's financial functions are centralized at the headquarters level and serve all entities of the Group.
Alongside the Accounting & Consolidation, Treasury and Portfolio Management departments, the Financial Control department plays a decisive role in monitoring and managing performance.
In a context of rapid growth and internationalization, Tikehau Capital is looking for a Junior Group Financial Controller.
Reporting to a Financial Controller, you will cover the financial control of the consolidated scope of Tikehau Capital's activities.
Your main responsibilities (but not exhaustive) are focused on assisting the Financial Controller in the following tasks:
- Preparation and centralization of asset management KPIs at group level
- Creation & Transformation of existing reporting tools via BI tools.
- Preparation of internal reports for our 4 strategies (Private Debt, Real Assets, Private Equity and Capital Markets Strategies),
- Participation in budget processes related to asset management KPIs and financial statements

- Master en finance ou équivalent,
- Niveau d'anglais courant
- Une expérience antérieure (1 an et plus) dans les pratiques de contrôle financier, d’audit, d’évaluation ou de services transactionnels serait un plus,
- Expert en Excel : capacité à préparer efficacement des fichiers Excel robustes
- Esprit synthétique et analytique ; capacité de préparer des analyses synthétiques dans un contexte de grand volume d’information ;
- Compétences en communication : capacité à communiquer avec toutes les parties prenantes au sein de notre Groupe ;
- Sens de l’organisation et de l’anticipation : capacité à collecter et traiter une grande quantité de données provenant de plusieurs homologues au sein du Groupe
- Des compétences/ connaissances en outil de BI tel que PowerBI, Qlick sont un plus

- Master's degree in finance or equivalent,
- Fluent in english
- Previous experience (1 year and above) in financial control, audit, evaluation or transactional services practices would be a plus,
- Excel expert: ability to prepare robust Excel files efficiently
- Synthetic and analytical mind; Ability to prepare synthetic analyses in a context of large volume of information;
- Communication skills: ability to communicate with all stakeholders within our Group;
- Sense of organization and anticipation: ability to collect and process a large amount of data from several counterparts within the Group
- Skills/knowledge of BI tools such as PowerBI, Qlick, Tableau are a plus
