As a Financial Controller, you will work with local accountants (internal and external) to ensure that we comply with all accounting, corporate and financial regulations and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
**What you'll be doing**
- Working with local accountants (internal / external) to ensure compliance with all accounting, corporate and financial regulations
- Coordinating Cash Collection
- Managing Subcontractors costs
- Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Building ad hoc reporting upon management requests
**What you'll need to be successful**
- First experience as a Financial Controller (internships, work-study program )
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial data analysis and reporting.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Great time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in English
- MSc in Business, accounting, finance, or related field.
