Regional Quality Control Manager M/w

As a **Regional Quality Control Manager M/W **you main missions will be to standardize, improve and deploy QC standard processes in the region, support sites efficiency projects and get costs down. As a high level professional, you will reduce and prevent the customer complain based on the quality control test method confirmation, dashboards and Q data analytics**.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up a proper Quality Control footprint as well as support global and regional Quality Director by delivering facts and figured per request.
- Develop standard QC workflow for Industrial segment, include RM testing, insure regional QC standard deployment, develop best in class Quality Control organization and insure a knowledge transfer between sites.
- Develop and implement MOC process for Quality Control to support operations excellence.
- Owning Smart testing for the regions QC, run efficiency projects on CT improvement, lead regional projects to further harmonize Quality Control processes. Align and lead on standard KPI set include operational definition.
- Align on tests methods with technical teams, support technical teams with facts and figures.
- Provide onsite support for critical customer issues and root cause investigations as needed using quality tools, bring up issues that cannot be solved by local and regional QC teams.
- Support post acquisition activities, ensure accordance to PPG ethics and compliance standards.
- Guarantee that team members passed the QC training and lead team members training and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree Engineering (Chemistry, Materials Science or Equivalent).
- Ideally +5 years working experience with a quality control management role and/or quality assurance.
- Technical skills: IATF16949 internal auditor preferred and/ or experienced auditor, core tools (PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA).
- Deep understanding of QC practices and paint process knowledge (desirable).
- Professional level of English.
- Desirable six sigma green belt, black belt certification.
- Ready to travel regionally (EMEA) 50 % of your working time.
