**About the Job**

Join Excelya as a **Transfer and Industrialization Engineer**, where you will play a pivotal role in the successful transition of products from development into full-scale industrial production. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that operational processes are optimized and compliant with quality standards.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Verify and assess production processes during the transfer from R&D to industrialization.
- Develop and validate protocols for manufacturing processes to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with design teams to refine product specifications for manufacturability.
- Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives post-transfer to ensure optimal operations.
- Conduct training for production teams on new processes and equipment.
- Monitor production metrics and report on efficiencies and yields.

- **Experience**: Demonstrated experience in industrialization or transfer processes, preferably in a regulated environment (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology).
- **Skills**: Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
