About the Job
Join Excelya as a Transfer and Industrialization Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in the successful transition of products from development into full-scale industrial production. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that operational processes are optimized and compliant with quality standards.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on driving efficiency and innovation in the manufacturing landscape within the life sciences sector.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Verify and assess production processes during the transfer from R&D to industrialization.
Develop and validate protocols for manufacturing processes to ensure product quality.
Collaborate with design teams to refine product specifications for manufacturability.
Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives post-transfer to ensure optimal operations.
Conduct training for production teams on new processes and equipment.
Monitor production metrics and report on efficiencies and yields.
**Requirements**:
About You

**Experience**: Demonstrated experience in industrialization or transfer processes, preferably in a regulated environment (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology).
**Skills**: Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in project management methodologies.
**Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
**Languages**: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
