Believe is for you Description du poste Vos axes de responsabilités concerneront: **1) **Le pilotage et la gestion de projet**: - Gérer les projets workplace au long de leur cycle de vie - de la demande au passage en run, sur le domaines suivants: - la qualification de demandes des départements métiers ou fonctions support impactant le workplace - la gestion des projets d'amélioration continue/ et de rémédiation - La gestion des projets d'évolution concernant la collaboration, les postes de Travail et terminaux mobiles, l'ITSM, l'intégration applicative, la gestion des identités et couches sécurités du workplace **Qualifications**: - Connaissance technique de l'infrastructure (plateformes, réseau, etc...) et du workplace, de la sécurité et gestion d'identitté. - Anglais opérationnel requis - Savoir rédiger et challenger les livrables de documentation projet (executive summaries, kick offs, reportings, lesson learn, architecture, opérations, support, RFIs, RFPs, etc...) - Connaissance en gestion du risque et gouvernance - Savoir manipuler/analyser les données sous Excel, power BI. - Contrôle des indicateurs et opérations (délais, qualité, sécurité, atteinte des niveaux de service) - Promotion des nouvelles solutions et services - Organisation de réunions - Collaboration avec les autres équipes IT/IS, fonctions support et métiers - Expérience de déploiement / déménagements / décommissionnement de sites - Environnements Windows et MacOs Informations supplémentaires believe s’engage à garantir l’égalité des chances en matière d’emploi, sans tenir compte de l’origine, du sexe, des mœurs, de l’orientation sexuelle, du genre, de l’âge, de la situation de famille, de l’état de grossesse, d’une prétendue race, des opinions politiques, des activités syndicales, des convictions religieuses, de l’apparence physique, du nom de famille, du lieu de résidence, de l’état de santé, ou en situation de handicap.
