The Global Partnerships department is part of Henner International Business unit and is responsible for setting up commercial partnerships with global insurance players such as insurers or MGAs.

Henner provides administration services to the clients of the insurance partners such as administrative services, access to a worldwide network of medical providers, technical and actuarial support, technology solutions, etc.

The role of the Global Partnership department is to provide account management services to the insurers and be their main point of contact to ensure their satisfaction and support their growth.

We are looking for an account manager to support our growth and to follow up on the existing partners’ portfolio.

The position is based at Henner headquarters conveniently located in Neuilly sur Seine.

Within an international and intercultural commercial team, and in collaboration with other account managers, you will be in charge of managing and growing your own portfolio, your main tasks will consist of:
- Ensure the satisfaction and growth of your dedicated partners (commercial follow up with the partners and defining the growth strategy together with them)- Design the proper governance with your partners and ensure it is correctly executed- Regularly meet with your partners either through Teams or in person (Paris office, other Henner offices, your partners’ offices) - preparing quarterly business reviews and follow up on the different actions- Coordinate internally with the different departments (IT, Legal, Finance, Operations) to move projects forward, together with the support of the account coordinators- Cross and upsell towards your partners- Provide support to your partners for tenders and renewal discussions- Ensure the contractual documents with your partners are in place and up to date and renegotiated where needed- Ensure Henner remuneration is in line with the targets defined by the Henner Group

**REQUIRED PROFILE**:
You have at least 3 years experience in the insurance sector (ideally with international exposure). You have good relationship skills both with internal and external stakeholders and can manage transversal relations.

You are thorough, organised and have an eye for detail; you thrive in international and multi-cultural environments; and you have proven skills to adapt to change and build trusted relationships.

You are a team player, can actively listen and have a commercial feeling that will help you succeed in your role.

You speak English fluently, and ideally other languages, and you easily adapt to a multicultural workplace. You are well-versed in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
