L’équipe « Client Management » au sein de SCOR Partners a pour objectif de permettre aux équipes de SCOR d’être plus efficaces et pertinentes dans leur approche clients, de mettre en avant les offres et solutions de SCOR et d’enrichir notre connaissance des clients. Elle a pour but d’ animer la communauté des équipes commerciales au sein de SCOR Life and Health et SCOR P&C, en favorisant les bonnes pratiques et le partage d’information.

Sous l'autorité de la responsable de l’équipe « Client Management » à Paris, vous soutenez le département dans la mise en œuvre de ses actions et initiatives.
- **Structuration de l’approche commerciale **:Vous contribuerez à la réorganisation de l’approche clients de SCOR et de la dynamique commerciale. Vous serez en relation avec les équipes commerciales de SCOR dans tous les marchés où SCOR est actif en L&H.
- **Outil CRM **:vous contribuerez à promouvoir en interne l’utilisation de notre outil de gestion des clients, Salesforce, et vous aiderez à améliorer la qualité des données et la mise à jour des informations ainsi que l’extraction de rapports.
- **Contenu clients **:Vous participerez à l’élaboration et la mise à jour de documents, présentations (PPT,) ou toute forme de communication destinées à nos clients ou équipes commerciales et serez garant de la cohérence d’ensemble. Vous vous assurez que ces documents sont accessibles et enregistrés de manière appropriée.

La liste des missions est donnée à titre indicatif et peut être amenée à varier en fonction des potentielles réorganisations au sein de SCOR. Vous pourrez être amené à apporter des soutiens ponctuels à différents membres de l’équipe dans leurs différentes missions.
- Minimum licence (Ecole de commerce ou ecole d’ingénieur ou université)
- Vous êtes curieux, créatif, polyvalent avec l’esprit d’initiative
- Vous savez travailler en équipe et également seul(e), en grande autonomie.
- Vous disposez d’un très bon niveau d’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, ainsi que d’un bon niveau de français oral
- Bonne maîtrise de PPT
- La maîtrise de Salesforce serait un vrai plus
