**What you will be doing**
- Feature Development: Crafting and deploying new functionalities with a focus on scalability, sustainability, and lasting product influence.
- Requirement Engineering: Partnering with product teams to fine-tune requirements and leading technical dialogues to align features with overarching product objectives.
- Operations and Maintenance: Ensuring product reliability through monitoring, performance optimization, and proactive issue resolution.
- Technical Design: Making critical technical choices that directly affect user experience and overall product scalability.
**What you will NOT be doing**
- Jumping between short-lived projects or following fleeting tech trends.
- Engaging in internal IT tasks or outsourced projects that lack real-world impact.
- Getting bogged down in endless meetings or managing tedious infrastructure matters.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Minimum of 1 year in full-stack development, handling both front-end and back-end features.
- At least 2 years as the lead technical voice for a SaaS product, guiding major technical strategies.
- Over 4 years of experience in working with genuine SaaS products, excluding outsourcing or internal IT roles.
- Proficiency in integrating generative AI into everyday development tasks.
