**En tant que Content Manager, vous**:

- managez et supervisez votre équipe de rédacteurs (priorisation des contenus à publier, vérification des compétences de vos rédacteurs, suivi du travail quotidien)
- êtes en charge de la coordination, de la production et de l’optimisation de contenus de haute qualité en fonction des priorités de NSN
- rédigez et commandez du contenu à faire rédiger par vos rédacteurs
- êtes garant de la qualité du contenu (conformité aux bonnes pratiques SEO qui vous seront données par nos experts, intention utilisateur et réglementations du secteur en fonction du pays concerné)
- avez un regard critique et êtes capable de challenger nos bonnes pratiques rédactionnelles et êtes le pilote du département content
- mettez en ligne les contenus en respectant la qualité et les délais imposés

**Votre profil**:

- **Expérience de 3 ans minimum souhaitée**: idéalement avec le management d'une équipe de rédacteurs et de solides connaissances en affiliation et paris sportifs/casino.
- **Sens du relationnel**: vous êtes un vrai Team Lead, une excellente communication vous permettra de diffuser les bonnes pratiques et de mener à bien vos missions.
- **Savoir-faire** : vous produisez, et faites produire, des contenus de qualité (structure cohérente, optimisation sémantique) dans un français irréprochable et un style d'écriture engageant
- Vous êtes familier avec le SEO, Google Search Console et avez déjà travaillé sur Wordpress
- **Organisation et rigueur**: vous contrôlez les performances du contenu, analysez les données et fournissez des recommandations au collectif pour renforcer les axes d’améliorations identifiés.
