Our Lyon-based facility specializes in the design, manufacture and maintenance of high-performance nuclear and cryogenic valves. (300 employees, €70m sales). We equip all French nuclear reactors and are present in over 350 nuclear reactors worldwide. As part of a replacement, we are looking for a Quality Controller (M/F).

**Missions**:
Reporting to the IFA Control Manager and within a team of about fifteen inspectors, you will ensure the compliance of the products delivered to customers. In this context, your tasks include the following:

- Carrying out dimensional and visual checks of parts in accordance with the instructions and technical specifications required
- Programming and control on three-dimensional machine
- Carrying out non-destructive testing when necessary
- Issuance of control reports and completion of related control follow-up documents
- Entry and follow-up of non-conformities associated with the controls carried out
- Participation in the receipts in the presence of customers

**Profile**:
Trained to Bac+2 degree in Mechanics, you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of quality control and/or quality in a demanding industrial environment, ideally for nuclear activities.

You must be proficient in the reading of mechanical plans and the following control tools: caliper, depth gauge, fin, measuring column. Your experience in coordinate control and your mastery of the PCDMIS software are additional assets.

Ideally, you have a COFREND Level 2 certification (PT / VT / US / ET).

Organized, autonomous and rigorous, you have an eye for detail and a taste for a job well done.

Notions of spoken English would be a plus in order to be able to exchange with customers during workshops. The position is to be filled on a CD basis.
