**Finalité du poste**:
The QC Regional Manager plays a crucial role in the strategic development and execution of operations within the Quality Control (QC) department. As a key member of the QC leadership team, the incumbent will contribute to the formulation of strategy and make operational decisions at the regional level.

Responsibilities include managing human, material, and financial resources across all laboratories specializing in qualitative seed testing. This encompasses physiology (germination), plant pathology (health analysis), and genetics (molecular and phenotypic control), along with proficiency in the associated data management tool (STARLIMS). The QC Regional Manager is accountable for delivering high-quality results in line with business requirements, ensuring continuous improvement of analytical techniques, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

**Vos Missions**:

- Actively participate in the global QC strategic decision-making process and contribute to the development and rollout of the Mid Term Plan.
- Define the technical and human resources required for quality controls based on current and projected volumes, including the specification of new laboratory structures if necessary.
- Direct and manage a team of employees and lab managers, overseeing quality testing functions.
- Manage global genetic operations for the AMPA and EMEA hub.
- Collaborate with specialized laboratory managers (QC and R&D) to define protocols for company testing, ensuring technological and regulatory compliance and introducing new tests for improved technical and economic performance.
- Optimize laboratory activities flow based on a rigorous medium-term schedule and priorities.
- Conduct periodic internal audits, inter-laboratory circuits, and accreditation procedures to maintain consistency and reproducibility of protocols and results.
- Consolidate and manage budgets (operating and capital) for the region.
- Analyze key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement projects.
- Participate in the LVS QC manager group and liaise with the regional Executive Committee to address quality-related questions.
- Align QC activities with Corporate Quality and Product Safety (CPQS) standards.
- Stay informed about the latest technological innovations and leverage them for QC testing to ensure efficiency and consistent results.
