Within the Global Controlling team, the Global Holding & Central Costs Controller reports to the HWW & Central Costs Manager. This team manages the HWW budget and the profitability of Sephora Worldwide's central costs by ensuring the following tasks.

**Be the dedicated Management Controller for the Sephora Group's Worldwide Holding.**
- Ensure compliance with the Worldwide Holding budget, in close collaboration with operational teams.
- Monitor the expenses and commitments of Worldwide operational departments within the framework of the budget. Efficiently track commitments throughout the year. Provide early warnings about any risks of deviation from the budget.
- For all monthly financial closings:

- Lead the financial closing of the full P&L for the Worldwide Holding, in close collaboration with the accounting department and operational teams.
- Summarize the results of the Worldwide Holding's closing.Actively collaborate with operational teams to ensure efficient management of their budget. Ensure a rolling forecast and review of commitments each month.**Develop controlling of Marketing, Tech, Supply, and Corporate costs for all regions' P&Ls.**
- Develop cost tracking dashboards and KPIs on central costs, in close collaboration with the regions and Global Operational Departments on each of the dedicated scopes.
- Participate in the preparation of quarterly reviews on the evolution of these costs with the regions, and in partnership with the Global Functions.
- Develop benchmarks and analyses of central costs to establish relevant comparisons between countries and regions. Identify best practices and levers for action, to be shared within the regions.Develop specific management control for Sephora's Tech costs.**Focus CAPEX**
- Be responsible for the Worldwide Holding's CAPEX budget: prepare CAPEX forecasting and depreciation cost envelopes with the operational departments.
- Ensure compliance with the HWW's CAPEX budget envelope, particularly through monthly and dynamic monitoring of commitments. Alert on any deviation from the budget.Establish analyses of the Worldwide Holding's CAPEX.- Holder of a Master's degree, you have acquired solid financial experience and have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance, in management control.
- Experience as a business partner with operational teams is required.
- Experience in the field of beauty, cosmetics, and/or retail is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Fluent English.

The position is a permanent contract (CDI) based in Neuilly sur Seine (92), France.
