During the summer period (June-July), the primary objective is to assist the team in enhancing the internal
database, with particular focus on the Cat Quota-Share and Cat XL protections, which will have a substantial
impact on our regular reporting and analytics. The internship will provide an opportunity for the intern to gain
an understanding of the fundamentals of reinsurance. The intern may also be requested to assist with other
tasks, following the needs of the team’s activity.

Under the supervision of the Cat account manager, your will support the Retrocession team mainly on the
following tasks:
1. Control and validation of the contracts in the internal database
2. Amend/complete the historical data on Cat placements in the SCOR’s systems
3. Support in the Loss advices control and validation, participating to the improvement of the process.
- You are a student in Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Physics or in a similar field.
- You have strong pragmatic problem-solving capabilities.
- You work logical, organized, and attentive.
- You like working in an international team.
- You like to communicate and are fluent in English and French.
