We're all ears. **Job Description**: As part of the Operational Performance team, you will work with data analysts, data scientists and user researchers whose mission is to improve performance and decision-making across commercial, product and content topics in line with Deezer’s goals. As part of this team, we are looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager with a strong commercial tool kit to draw insights from analysis and then zoom out to develop synthesised and actionable recommendations. This role will come with significant exposure and you will be responsible for persuasively communicating your findings to C levels. Finally, you will help drive implementation of your recommendations to grow Deezer’s profitability. The Strategy and Operations Manager will act like an internal consultant on a number of critical projects, working cross-functionally with the marketing, product, monetization, partnerships and finance teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant or investment banker that wants to switch into tech and learn extremely quickly in a scale up environment. **What you will do** - Work closely with the Director of Operational Performance and the COO to find opportunities to grow revenue and improve profitability and present recommendations directly to C levels - Bring strong analytical methods to complex challenges in both the B2C and B2B business, working cross functionally with all major stakeholders - Cooperate with the business intelligence team to deliver analysis, set up AB tests and bring a commercial lens to Deezer’s data - Build and maintain business models to measure the impact of projects and inform leadership decision making **What we bring to the table** - Significant exposure to C levels - Opportunity to upskill very quickly with experts on tech, product, data and music - Gain a 360 vision of our products and business, thanks to the combination of analytics, data science and user research - Build business cases and bring them to life - Strong involvement on strategic topics - Learn and work with a big team of fellow analysts in a collegiate environment **Qualifications**: - At least 3 years experience in investment banking, consulting, business intelligence and/or strategy. - Master degree and/ or above from a top-ranked business or engineering school - Experience in defining solutions to complex commercial topics with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach to issues - A nose for finding growth opportunities - Creativity, tenacity, and a hands on work ethic - Ability to work well across business units and building relationships in a diverse, international environment - Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution, we like to move quickly - Fluent in English, any other language a plus - Affinity with the music industry :) Additional Information > Start-up environment with an at home vibe and outdoor space > Kitchen stocked with free drinks and snacks daily > Friday drinks & seasonal parties > Gym access, plus yoga, pilates and boxing classes > English and French language courses > Hackathons & meetups We are an equal opportunity employer
