**What you'll do & learn**:
As our Strategy & Ops Manager, you will be our internal “_couteau suisse_” and tackle all aspects of the company. We are looking for someone who will conduct transversal projects end-to-end: identify problems, carry out analysis, design solutions and execute them. The role will have 2 parts: ad-hoc strategic projects depending on business priorities, and recurring governance and operational topics. You will work closely with the Founders, the Chief of Staff and all VPs. This role provides an insight on how to build and run a business, and builds your ability to solve any problem thrown at you.

Ad-hoc strategic projects:

- Drive high priority cross-functional projects in collaboration with various teams to ensure we achieve our goals
- Design and improve multiple processes to assist Leadership in their business challenges
- Identify and resolve transversal operational bottlenecks as they come

Recurring topics:

- Design & deploy growth plans with the go-to-market teams (support the team operationally, analyze sales activity & conversion rates...)
- Improve and lead sustainable processes/tools and governance (dashboards, KPIs, OKRs, )

**Example of ad hoc strategic projects**:

- Build financial simulations of different operational scenarios
- Define & set-up a GTM strategy for a specific segment
- Support Management in organizational redesign in the context of high growth

**What you embody**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Strategy Consultant, VC investment, or in a GTM role in a Startup and in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, quick learner, proactive
- Strong ownership on transversal topic, willing to drive your initiatives through
- Good at autonomously searching out information and experimenting
- Ability and willingness to work on both strategic topics and hands-on/on the ground tasks
- Great communication skills, good contact with various stakeholders
- Bilingual French and English mandatory (verbal & written)
