As part of a leading construction and public works group, Bouygues Construction IT meets the digitisation needs of the entire Bouygues Construction Group in France and abroad.
The various tasks associated with the projects arising from this study will include:
Taking part in workshops with users to collect, prioritise and model requirements
Studying the implementation of different scenarios with the knowledge teams in order to propose one or more tools that meet the needs of the business lines
Working with the IT and business teams to help collect and use data for the tools
Define a timetable for completion/commissioning and coordinate the actions of the parties involved to ensure that costs, deadlines and quality are met
Organise and take part in tool testing
Identifying areas for improvement, proposing action plans and deployment
Document the process, feedback and reports
Participate in the definition of change management, support and train users
