**Your role**
**What you’ll need**
- Great Recruitment DNA Understand and be able to consult with hiring managers on the appropriate sourcing method for each req. Flex between direct hiring methods and agencies at the right time. Monitor and manage team KPI's to hit our hiring targets.
- Have great attention to detail and contribute to the ongoing development of our recruitment processes.
- Be data driven - understand the importance of data and how it can support our function.
- Be able to operate and collaborate outside France. We have an EMEA wide team, it is important to use our resources effectively across borders when needed.
- Experience of working with inhouse recruitment systems (we use Oracle HCM at Digital Realty)
- Fluency in French and English
