We are currently recruiting for a Retail Estate (Store) Development Specialist for the EU to sit within the EU Store Development team, based in our Paris office. You will be reporting into the Store Development Senior Manager, working closely with the local market COOs, EU Store Design, Store Construction and Legal teams, whilst developing and maintaining various external relationships.

The role of a Retail Estate Development Specialist is to develop and realize the store network which drives the growth of sales and profit of the company based on the brand and business understanding. Ensuring store openings are meeting store development standards, developing and sustaining a highly profitable store network in line with the business strategies and plans.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Conducting market research for store development needs- Developing external & internal linkages to support business development opportunities.- Gathering information of store development and searching for properties in consideration of optimum location of stores, practicing sales activities towards developers and landlords.- Negotiating on contracts on lease conditions, compartments, itemization of work in line with store development standards- Executing store development strategies/plans in line with the business strategies and plans.- Coordinating development plans, working with other departments and senior management.- Performance monitoring- Managing the existing stores network (closures, Scrap & build,..)- Managing the corporate Real estate (offices,..)

What we are looking for:
Experience, Skills & Attributes- Master's degree- Experience in working for a retail company within a store development / Real estate department- Experience in working in a global environment- Having worked in one or more EU markets- Fluent/business level both written and verbal English- Ability to establish trust relationships at all levels in the business- High level of negotiation, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.- Result oriented mindset, business and financial acumen- Flexible mindset, positive attitude, high energy, strong interpersonal/communication skills- Technical and logical approach to solve problems
