You are joining the Agency Middle Office team as a Middle Office Manager for Real Estate and Hospitality Agents.
In your daily tasks, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of financing files, ensuring their implementation and compliance with controls;
- Monitoring your files: syndication, modification, borrower's contractual obligations, reporting, management of commitments through signatures and guarantees received, as well as repayment and possible restructuring;
- Being the primary interface for the Front Office, understanding their challenges and issues, as well as being the point of contact for your client and other internal and/or external stakeholders (banks, legal department, back office, risk management, treasury, branches, lawyers, etc.);
- Participating in cross-functional projects outside the team's scope of action.

With a higher education, you have successful experience in the field of structured financing (middle office or agent) ideally in the real estate sector.
You are proficient:
- Issues relating to syndicated loans;
- Analysis of contractual documentation in French and English;
- Specialized financial arrangements;
- The classic office tools including Excel and ideally VBA.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Organized, reliable and rigorous;
- Sensitive to commercial issues;
- Motivated by teamwork.
You are fluent in English with a B2 level.
