Founded in 2014, Sim&Cure is French digital start-up focused on improving neurovascular treatments of cerebral aneurysm with a proprietary software suite. The Sim&Size software is a Class II medical device with CE mark and FDA clearance that has already been used to treat more than 10,000+ patients in 500+ hospitals in the world.

Through several modules, Sim&Size is a software suite that provides to the physician a 3D visualization of medical images and a computational model of neurovascular implantable medical devices (IMDs). The therapeutic strategy is the most important step of this disease treatment and Sim&Size is now part of it by being efficient, safe, and reproducible. Computational modeling of specific devices in the anatomy of a patient helps the physician to achieve the intended outcome of the intervention.

**Environnement**

Vous serez intégré(e) dans l’équipe de développement logiciel et travaillerez en collaboration avec l’équipe de recherche. Dans les missions qui vous seront confiées, vous devrez respecter la politique qualité mise en place au sein de la start
- up, en particulier la norme IEC 62304/A1:2018 inhérente au développement des logiciels médicaux.

**Activités**

Vous serez en charge de maintenir les logiciels existants, dont le dispositif médical Sim&Size. Vous apportez votre expérience et êtes rapidement autonome dans les taches qui vous seront confiées. Force de proposition, vous participez à l'amélioration de nos produits, par la qualité du code, des tests et vous travaillerez sur de nouvelles features. La compilation avec CMake et les languages C++/Qt n'ont pas de secret pour vous

Une expérience sur VTK/ITK est un grand plus

**Profil**

Ingénieur de formation bac+5 dans le domaine du développement logiciel, vous êtes motivé(e), consciencieux(ceuse) et disposez de 5+ années d’expérience dans le développement logiciel. Chez Sim&Cure, vous rejoindrez une startup innovante qui valorise la prise de décision.
