1. Coordonner avec plusieurs équipes de projet composées de développeurs, de parties prenantes, de chefs d’entreprise et d’autres chefs de projet pour livrer les projets dans les délais et dans le budget
2. Identifier et atténuer efficacement les risques présents et futurs
3. Gérer les risques des projets
4. Établir des relations de confiance avec les principales parties prenantes et les membres de l’équipe de projet
Expérience
**Étendue des travaux**:
1. Expérience antérieure dans la constitution et la direction d’équipes pour des projets informatiques de moyenne et grande envergure (jumeau numérique, API, conteneur, cloud )
2. Solides compétences en leadership avec capacité à motiver les autres et à gérer les problèmes qui peuvent survenir
3. Solides compétences en communication à tous les niveaux de l’organisation et dans divers groupes fonctionnels
4. Résolution de problèmes et compétences analytiques
1. Capacité démontrée à planifier et exécuter des projets
2. Connaissance démontrée d’au moins une méthodologie de gestion de projet (PMP, CSM, Prince, Safe,...)
3. Capacité démontrée à saisir et à documenter clairement les besoins des utilisateurs des équipes internes et externes
4. Capacité démontrée à gérer des projets, en particulier en mode agile
6. Diplôme ou expérience dans un domaine d’études lié aux affaires ou à la technologie (Cloud, Marketplace, Smart data, Bioprocessing, développement de logiciels)
7. Au moins 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle - expérience de travail basée sur des projets dans un environnement technologique
