Country Finance Manager F/m

The main objective of the Finance Country service Manager is to act as the representative of our Country Services Department (MBS) in France in all areas of responsibility: treasury, credit management, internal control, buy and pay. You are responsible for the implementation of Group's policies and the execution of the Country Services activities, thus contributing to the risk management of the French entities and the quality of the financial statements.

**Your role**:
You coordinate the internal control process of our company in France with process animation, risk assessment, control activity, testing, remediation, and signatures.

You are responsible for the implementation of the group policies related to banking and treasury activities as well as treasury activities in relation with our customers and suppliers: Single Point of Contact group Treasury, Cash-flow management & Intercompany loans, bank relations, management of bank guarantees and user accesses, support of the group teams in the implementation of new processes/projects. You work in close interaction with the various stakeholders: Credit Managers France, Customer Excellence and Group Treasury and business.

As a member of the Country Services management team, you are involved in cross-functional projects contributing to the development of the teams while supporting performance within the shared services teams. You are also in contactwith authorities and auditors, presenting performance and projects to the works council, monitoring guidelines and implementation procedures. You also act as a partner to one or more sites to support them in their administration. At last, you manage team with a functional line within another MBS department.

**Who you are:
- Solid financial skills (including IFRS)
- Higher education (master's in finance, ESC...)
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading corporate finance departments
- You have significant experience in process improvement and project management
- You are proficient in SAP, Oracle and Office package in general
- You manage and develop the skills of your team
- You define yourself as an inclusive leader
- Fluent in English and French
