ENENSYS Technologies is recruiting an R&D Manager in the field of digital TV, to manage one of our technical teams.
Based at our head office in Cesson-Sévigné, and reporting to the R&D Director, you will be the technical manager for a range of products. You will manage a team of engineers, for whom you will define priorities and approve the tasks assigned to them. You will ensure that you have the resources and means necessary to achieve the objectives set within the deadlines set.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of 6 people: recruitment, induction, meetings, annual interviews, etc.
- Supervising and approving technical choices for products, providing technical support to the team
- Contribute to product development and testing: ensure that technical specifications are drawn up and automatic tests implemented, organise and contribute to the preparation of technical reviews, contribute to the development of new functionalities, etc.
- Technology watch (keeping abreast of trends and the latest innovations)
- Carrying out cross-functional R&D activities
Profile
- Engineering background, with a network/telecom orientation
- Mastery of development in an industrial environment with configuration management (GIT/Jira)
- Autonomy, organisation, management of priorities and a sense of responsibility
- You have experience of team management
- Sense of customer service
- Professional English (you may be required to communicate with customers, or even to travel from time to time)
Compensation
- Fixed over 12 months, depending on profile
- 218-day annual package
