Rud Pedersen Group is a leading European strategic public affairs consultancy with more than 20 offices and over 600 consultants across the continent. As we expand our European footprint, we are opening a flagship office in Paris and seeking a Managing Director to lead the office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the strategic and operational development of the Paris office
- Build and manage a high-performing consultancy team
- Develop strong and lasting relationships with French and international clients
- Lead new business development in collaboration with the wider Rud Pedersen network
- Ensure quality, compliance, and accountability in all client work
- Represent the firm publicly in France’s political and business landscape

**Profile**:

- Senior-level experience in public affairs, government relations, consultancy, or related sectors
- Deep knowledge of the French political system and policy landscape
- Strong network across business, politics, administration, and media
- Proven track record in team leadership and P&L responsibility
- Fluent in French and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to connect local relevance with European impact
