**Job Description**:
The Premium Benefits Senior Manager will manage Visa premium benefits (Insurance, Medical Assistance, Concierge) programs and vendors in the French, Belgian and Luxembourg (FBL) markets. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering consumer centric value proposition for various benefits programs and ensure their management and administration between Visa partners and Visa clients. The Premium Benefits Senior Manager will work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product Managers and Client Services to innovate Visa programs in order to be aligned with consumers needs and Visa strategy, win new business with financial institutions and new partners.

**What we expect you to do, day to day.**
- Own the P&L for local Premium offerings including Medical Assistance, Insurance, Concierge
- Grow and deploy premium benefits across FBL markets for a variety of clients including issuers, fintech’s, NeoBanks, with the aim of ensuring feature and pricing competitiveness, VAS revenue and client stickiness.
- Manage third-party supplier including, negotiations, RFPs management, onboarding, contracting, reporting and innovation roadmap.
- Manage Visa strategy to grow our revenues on premium benefits - product developments, new business opportunities, support clients RFPs
- Lead features roadmap for all premium benefit offerings in FBL, including existing solutions and those in early ideation and concept stages
- Work closely with Hub and Global teams and other regional teams responsible for equivalent products/solutions to help scale projects and expand adoption including understanding and addressing associated impacts and requirements
- Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership levels of Visa management on key metrics and objectives; adapt overall program tactics and strategies to address challenges/issues/opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong network across Visa functions/verticals (inside and outside of Product), connecting the dots as new capabilities
- Establish and manage positive, beneficial, and constructive relationships with client stakeholders, and execute product strategy with deep understanding of client’s business objectives and strategy.
- Deeply understand the consumer segment’s behaviors and FinTech trends to be confident in addressing banks and cardholders’ needs. Identify new capabilities to future-proof the business and which support Visa’s strategy to develop Native. Customize and feed new premium capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum +7 years of experience in Insurance and/or Medical Assistance programs with significant expertise in product management and development, strategy consulting and execution
- History of growing emerging businesses through strategy, innovation, development, and commercialization of new products and services
- Curious and inquisitive problem solver - thrives in difficult and big problem spaces
- Ownership and driving impact are important aspects to the role, must have the mindset to fully understand and quickly overcome commercial, technical, industry and internal challenges to succeed
- Understanding of how to scale and distribute products/services within a technology company
- Strong ability to progress solutions and enhancements with urgency and prioritized focus for commercial and strategic benefits for our customers and Visa
- Effective communicator, especially in teaching and influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Results-oriented individual who challenges the status quo to drive a culture of constant improvement
- Process oriented, with a high attention to detail and quality on both internal teamwork and external products brought to market
- Ability to work in a fluid and innovative environment with shifting priorities
- Must be fluent in French and English
