Your new role:
As Head of 3PL Warehouse, you will play a pivotal role in managing the strategic relationship with our EMEA third-party warehouse provider, ensuring seamless collaboration and fostering a strong, mutually beneficial partnership. You will be in charge of the partnership and performance of the external Customs Broker as well. You will provide leadership to the EMEA Supply Chain teams to ensure appropriate processes, metrics and systems are in place to execute 3PL warehousing & customs activities accurately and at right cost. You will be responsible for issues resolution & for identifying / executing process improvement initiatives in alignment with Supply Chain goals and objectives. You will have a strong partnership with the EMEA SC Director, the Logistic Lead, other members from SC Distribution / Planning Teams & EMEA Customer Service Leads.

What you'll be doing:

- Accountable for the EMEA 3PL warehouse & customs broker performance:

- Accountable for KPIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated operational issues.
- Ensure continuity & execute action plans in case of unpredictable events/incidents.
- Co-lead with 3PL warehouse IT related projects.
- Lead the various communication forums (business reviews, operational reviews).
- Communicate updates internally.
- Close partnership with the logistic lead and inventory analyst.
- Accountable for Warehousing & Customs spent:

- In charge of EMEA warehousing & customs spends monitoring; escalate any deviation and look for mitigation.
- In charge of annual rates negotiation.
- Accountable for preparing the EMEA warehousing & customs annual budget.
- Assess new services associated costs.
- Respect warehousing & customs ratio service/cost.
- Monitor packaging costs.
- Act as the EMEA Region SME (Subject Matter Expert) for warehousing & customs:

- In charge of contract (re)negotiation.
- In charge of Operational SOP & SLA deployment / renewal / update.
- Provide leadership to strengthen processes & recommend EMEA orientation.
- Drive standard processes and provide guidance when appropriate.
- Track process deviations and prepare and execute remediation plans whenever needed.
- support to resolve compliance gaps in warehousing & customs.
- Lead / participate to key improvements projects as aligned with Supply Chain Goals & Objectives; lead / participate to cross functional projects with 3PL, Distribution Quality and Packaging teams.

What you'll need to succeed:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree specialized in Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics.
- Minimum 8 years in Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics.
- Drives Results and Sets high standards for own performance & show determination in facing obstacle.
- Collaborates and shares information with others so there are no surprises.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
- Experience in managing 3PL warehouses.
- Drives Engagement - Ensures team members are motivated to work toward a common goal.
- Customer Focus - Internalizes customer feedback and provides innovative ideas.
- Situational Adaptability - Demonstrates flexibility of responses to different situations.
- Project management skills
- Experienced with SAP 4 Hana is a plus.
- Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
- Experienced with Continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluency in French & English
