Account Executive with English and French

**What you’ll do**:
- The Account Executive will be responsible for revenue growth within the French market. They will drive sales growth, maximize revenue, and develop strategic relationships with a set of assigned customers. Partnering with the EMEA Solution Architect and TAS Seller, the Account Executive will be responsible for delivering predictable and profitable revenue by up-selling, cross-selling, and renewing current Tangoe contracts, with direct customers and/or via partner relationships. There will also be the opportunity to prospect new accounts via our Alliance and Channel partnerships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own and be accountable for ensuring customer growth and retention within the assigned territory
- Achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values
- Demonstrate expertise in our solutions, use cases, and ROI presentations
- Accurately manage your customer accounts and opportunities on our CRM (Salesforce)
- Accurately forecasts monthly quarterly, and annual opportunities
- Work closely with the EMEA Sales Manager for all planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Develop new business opportunities in your assigned territory to meet up-sell and cross-sell revenue targets.
- Partner with the EMEA Solution Architect and TAS Account Executive on identifying services and commercial offerings that meet client needs and business objectives
- Relationship development and management with key individuals and top decision makers and strive to build relationships at the C-Level
- Represent a knowledgeable, efficient, and professional image of Tangoe by handling business in a respectful and professional manner
- Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to prospect clients
- Ensure that prospective client scoping requests are dealt with in an efficient manner, escalating critical scope issues appropriately
- Own the contracting and Legal process from new RFPs to contract renewals
**Who you are**:
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise or SaaS sales account management, or similar
- Fluent in both written and spoken French + English
- Proven track record of growing business with a large major account with the Telecommunications sector.
- Experience in partnership selling a plus
- Ability to communicate with Sr. Management &/or C-Level Executive prospective client contacts
- Exceptional relationship skills, including superb written and oral communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and a passion for success
- Previous experience demonstrating strong account management strategy, business development, planning and forecasting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word etc.)
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

- This position is 100% remote.
- Travel: up to 50%
