**About this opportunity**:
**Your work environment** : We are looking for a **Sourcing Analyst** EMEA based at our Paris Offices, close to Saint-Ouen (93400). The role reports to the Finance Controller Sourcing.

**Your mission in Crown**
- You will develop a business partner approach across the organisation, working with the commodity category leaders and cross-functional teams to build financial models and provide analysis needed to support day to day operations and special projects.
- You will evaluate external factors (e.g., commodity price development) and support category leaders with insights on the development trends. You will support the preparation of supplier negotiation by establishing the structure and pulling the data required.
- You will define and own the data process for sourcing forecast and budget, suggesting analysis around top vendors, categories or countries spend.
- You will adhere to company processes and supporting sourcing analysts/managers to maintain compliance with SOX policies and procedures in line with Company policies and processes. With a continuous improvement mind-set, you will suggest and implement any improvements in the processes.

**About you**
A self-starter, at ease with numbers, with strong analytical skills you are able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data. You are an effective communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to concisely provide in-depth explanation and generate insightful output. A team player, you enjoy being part of a diverse international environment. You always striving for high performance, using your technical skills effectively with a demonstrated emphasis on detail and accuracy.
You are proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Power Point and a working experience on ERPs (SAP preferred). Flexible, you enjoy working to tight deadlines in a complex and demanding environment. Fluency in English is a must, fluent in French a plus.
