**Title: Tier 2 Strategic Account Manager - EMEA**
**Location: Paris / Sophia Antipolis**
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm**
**Hybrid - 3 days in the office**
We are looking for an ambitious Strategic Account Manager (Tier 2) to join our growing SAM team in EMEA who will strengthen relationships with C-Level contacts and key decision makers across our important Tier 2 customer base.
**In this role you will**:
- Build relationships with C-Level Executives / Key decision makers
- Manage customer relationships and address potential issues as they arise
- Drive growth in assigned accounts through lead identification and close collaboration with the DBC
- Increase registrations / DUM count through providing strategic guidance
- Work on client briefs, hold client meetings, and telephone calls
- Develop effective client presentations
- Partner closely with the CSP, DBC and where applicable BP team on the account
**What skills do you need?**
- Must be fluent in both English and French
- An energetic and enthusiastic willingness to assist customers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- An interest in working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to think strategically to meet the clients’ needsEffective communication and organizational skills
