**Client Services Specialist - Paris, France**

Here’s the skills we’d like you to have:

- Experience in a client facing / client service function, in the Financial sector
- A passion for excellence in customer service and customer management along with proven track record for embedding this passion in team culture
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to network and build internal and external relationships at all levels
- Strong time management skills and solid computer skills with ability to use MS outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the internet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the French and English languages (fluent level in both languages is required)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
