Join the Opera Team now - Part of “Make IT#1” [the Imerys digital transformation program], the Opera project has been launched to consolidate ERP systems globally and deploy a core Model supported by S4/Hana ERP. This calls for an adaptation of its processes and tools by designing the future common language, master data and processes of Imerys “Core Model”. - In this regard, Imerys is looking for a “Business Process Improvement Coordinator” for Imerys Graphite & Carbon (IGC) roll-out project (called Wave 11), with strong business and system skills to drive transformation and ensure fast Opera process adoption. - Purpose and Mission: - For more than 20 years, IGC has relied on SAP (legacy ERP) and PORTAL to manage various business flows including Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Finance. Consequently, the transition to the OPERA Core Model (for most of those flows) presents a significant organizational disruption and a “Big Change” management challenge. - This is why this role is critical in managing the change and will have the following responsibilities: - Business Processes Enhancement: - Map existing Business processes (O2C, MQM, P2P, B2R) and identify gaps and magnitude of the change (vs new Core Model processes).- - Pinpoint areas where changes must be carefully managed and specify the degree of change required.- - Manage business process gaps to ensure timely and effective solutions.- - Develop metrics to measure process performance (right first time) while supporting the new model implementation.- - Lead/support improvement process initiatives.- Change Impact Management and Stakeholders Engagement: - Work closely with Super Key Users and integration team to provide 360 degree overview of critical business requirements and proposed solutions.- - Analyze the organizational impacts of the new processes and implement risk mitigation strategies.- - Support and coach key stakeholders to facilitate a smoother transition.- - Define and monitor a communication plan to engage internal stakeholders (KUs, SKUs, BPEs ).Support Super Key Users: - Prepare and coordinate workshops, such as discovery workshops, or core model alignment sessions.- - Define, prepare and execute Tests (UAT, Adoption).- - Provide on-site support as needed specially during the CutOver and GoLive/Hypercare phases.- - support in building Master data when requested.Profile & Knowledges: - Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management School - >5 years experience within a transformation project (eg: ERP implementation) with a focus on Order To Cash flow or business process management. - Skills - IT: Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Suites, SAP (optional). - Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma (nice to have: Green belt): process mapping, waste identification and improvement. - English is a must - Italian/Dutch/French are a plus - Language Level - Knowledge in Process Industries - Knowledge in SAP SD, TM Position Type Full time and Permanent - Only technical issues will be monitored through the below inbox:_ - PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT RESUMES OR APPLICATIONS TO THIS EMAIL, AS THEY WILL NOT BE REVIEWED._ - IMERYS is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer and it is our policy to not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state or local laws._
