What to Expect
- The Used Cars Ops & Quality Coordinator is the skilled operator that keeps our used car business efficiently running.
- Reporting directly into the Regional Used Car Lead, you will be the end responsible for the seamless landing of the Used Car strategy on the ground, ensuring the effectiveness of the sales, operational and refurbishment processes involved in the management of Used Cars in the territory.
- You will understand in depth both the customer journey as well as the internal workflow involved in used cars management, which you will thrive to simplify and improve to achieve maximal proficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- In this role you will leverage your project management skills, operational prowess, superior communication, and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Constant improvement and monitoring of our trade-in offering by:
- o Understanding, documenting, and simplifying the trade-in process for both external customers and internal teams
- o Supporting the implementation of the adequate inspection and intake processes in liaison with the HQ team and field teams
- Understand and simplify the operational management of our used cars in close collaboration with the local operations teams by deeply understanding the current processes and defining and implementing the most efficient solutions for them
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the service team to ensure that our refurbishment processes are most efficient both in terms of speed as well as cost
- Together with the Used Car Lead, you will identify and define the implementation of all necessary tools and products for the constant improvement of our used buyer’s journey, from the digital display of our stock, through the financing needs, to the delivery of the used cars, ensuring our offering attractiveness and customer satisfaction
- Identify and define the local team’s needs for processes and tools and work closely with HQ and digital teams to ensure that the necessary solutions are designed and implemented
- Manage the vehicle loaner fleet at your location
- Develop, monitor, and report Used Car performance metrics, root cause analysis, updates, forecasting, and analysis to drive excellence and identify potential opportunities
- Partner with Business Analytics team to unearth insights that can support improvements in our Trade-In demand generation and sales efforts
What You’ll Bring
- 4 years of experience in project management or coordinator positions.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships
- Proven ability to support in a team environment
- Self-starter who is goal-oriented, highly motivated, and also able to follow instructions
- Superior attention to detail
- Technological fluency and ability to operate within internal business systems and MS Office
- Highly proficient written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong desire to take initiative, eager to learn, result-oriented and creative thinker
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, multitask and prioritize appropriately
- Excellent organization and communication skills, both oral and written, and punctuality are essential
