About Us
Greenly is a B corp certified SaaS founded in 2019 by Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud.
We are a team of 200+ climate-engaged individuals working together with the goal of enabling companies to commit to a carbon reduction trajectory and to engage their entire ecosystem (employees, clients, suppliers) around their climate strategy.
Our platform streamlines data collection and analysis through integrations, making the calculation of carbon emissions accurate, intuitive, and affordable.
Greenly supports clients within all industries. Currently working with over 2,500 clients, our assistance goes beyond basic carbon assessments by also including services such as Green IT, lifecycle analysis (LCA), and compliance with SBTi and CSRD initiatives.

Job description
As a Climate Project Manager, you will become an integral part of our dynamic Climate Experts team, working hand in hand with our valued customers to drive positive change and shape the future of climate strategy.
About the role
Your main goal will be to support clients through their climate strategy.
**Carbon Assessment Management**: Lead carbon assessments, analysing data and engaging with clients to ensure optimal results, help clients to go through the platform, audit the output of our algorithm, etc.
**Climate Strategy Support**: Accompany our customers in their climate strategy, assisting them in their carbon reduction journey.
**Project management**: Adapt to companies’ complexity and structure to deliver high value to demanding clients.
**Innovative Solutions**: Propose action plans, climate roadmaps or build SBTi assessments, helping clients meet their sustainability commitments.

Preferred experience and skills
**Educational background**: Your educational background exemplifies your ambition. Ideally, you would have a Masters degree in engineering or a business degree from an outstanding school.
**Experience**: You bring 1-2 years of valuable experience, demonstrating your readiness to take on new challenges.
**Passion for Impact**: You are motivated to work for a purpose-driven job that contributes significantly to the fight against climate change.
**Analytical Mindset**: You approach problems with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset, always seeking innovative solutions.
**Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, or other database experience are strong assets for this role.
**Language skills**: Fluent in English skills, French and additional languages are considered a plus.
