Au-delà de l’humain, ils intègrent des innovations technologiques dans l’ensemble des étapes de l’accompagnement des personnes âgées : identification et recrutement des auxiliaires de vie, planning, communication, etc.
Ils sont aujourd’hui présents dans plus de vingt villes dans toute la France.

**Pour renforcer l’équipe cœur, l'entreprise cherche aujourd’hui un(e) développeur(se) Full Stack passionné(e) et ambitieux(se) pour accompagner les fondateurs dans le développement produit, indispensable à l’accélération de l’activité et à la réussite de cette aventure humaine et entrepreneuriale.**

En partenariat avec des centres de recherche et en s'interfaçant avec diverses sources de données (notamment cartographiques via Google Maps et OSM) ils travaillent de plus sur des problématiques de machine learning pour leur algorithme de matching.

- Construire et développer des réponses pertinentes aux problématiques business et tech en autonomie
- Établir des plans d’exécution clairs et documentés
- Adapter sa communication à son public
- Améliorer la qualité des produits (performances, sécurité, design )
- Incarner, construire, améliorer et diffuser les engineering standards
- Travailler en lien étroit avec management et produit

**Exigences**:

- **Vous maîtrisez Python et/ou Typescript / React**:

- Vous savez construire des solutions robustes et pérennes
- Vous savez construire et communiquer des solutions techniques robustes et pérennes
- Vous savez comment fonctionne internet et le web
- Vous êtes familier des méthodes agiles
- Vous valorisez le travail en équipe.
- Vous souhaitez vous engager dans une équipe et un projet humain
- L’expérience utilisateur est pour vous primordiale.
