NEXT GEN IS /IT is looking for an ERPs TRIBE LEADER (M/W) Applicants from any country are welcome to apply On this position, you will join the Thales Next Gen IS/IT strategic development. Next Gen IS/IT is a core part of the Thales Group digital transformation, it aims at supporting Thales competitiveness by strengthening the relationship between businesses and functions. The programme leverages agile methods to promote team empowerment while maximizing projects efficiency. Next Gen IS/IT believes in a progressive approach to achieve a smooth, yet deep transformation of our ways of working in order to: - Achieve a global governance - Support business and functions facing new challenges - Foster creativity and teamwork In this context, we are looking for dynamic profiles to take the lead on the ERPs Tribe management. CANDIDATS THAT WOULD IMPRESS US PROFILE: - You have a minimum 7-10 years’ experience working within the field of expertise of your Tribe in a dynamic IT working environment. - You experienced the management of large teams (~50-100 staff), in an international context. - You have a proven experience in maintaining project schedules, documentation, communications and in meeting deadlines. - You have worked on deploying IS/IT Services for insuring the development of high-quality capabilities in a timely way. - You are strong in team orientation - someone who can enable others, instil a unified and collaborative atmosphere for a diverse team. - You have the ability to translate strategic objectives into daily activities together with guiding and motivating others to deliver. - You have a proven dedication and willingness towards continuous improvement and learning new skills and capabilities. - You have demonstrated influencing and “team first” skills: they will be critical to align squads, chapters within the Value Towers you will serve. - You have the ability to travel (International and Domestic). COMPETENCIES: - Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, highly technical aspects of architecture and integration to management, clients and staff at all levels. - Ability to manage through a period of growth or transition a definite asset. - Ability to manage releases for multiple product lines. - Ability to delegate tasks and monitoring progress. - Excellent organisational and time management skills. Technical skills - You have experience practicing agile principles and ceremonies. - You are familiar with complex organisations’ stakes (e.g. high level architecture patterns, building blocks). - You are proficient in English - negotiation level being a must. French would be an asset. Soft skills - You are shaping up a vision and setting up the means to reach it. - You are acting as a "Servant Leader" - and a coach - empowering your teams for delivery through setting guidance on directions while providing autonomy on the means. - You are customer-focused and delivery-oriented: bringing tangible results for the users, quickly. - You are able to coordinate and prioritize resources across various entities (e.g. CBU, Countries, Regions ). NICE TO HAVE: - You have a good understanding of the full Thales IT environment, and several years’ experience working with it on a regular basis. - You have a good knowledge of the Thales context (e.g. key stakeholders in IS/IT & beyond, matrix organisation). - You have a dedication to the agile and digital working styles allowing enhanced collaboration and breaking down of silos. Your life is structured around two main axis: TRIBE DESIGN: Building on your previous job experience, you will structure a Thales-wide organisation, under the form of an agile tribe: To do so, you will: Build a vision and a strategy for your Tribe: - Defining a tribe setup, in line with the Next Gen IS/IT principles of end-to-end accountability, user centricity, delivery teams empowerment and standardised architecture - Identify and prioritize the services to be delivered, structure a catalogue of services and associated SLAs Progressively setup the squads by: - Leveraging the Group level competencies available in the various coun
