**Le Poste de Accounting Manager**:
Pour accompagner notre structuration, nous recherchons notre:
**ACCOUNTING MANAGER H/F**

Basé à Lyon (69), vous êtes rattaché(e) au Directeur Administratif et Financier et managez un collaborateur.

Au-delà des missions opérationnelles d’établissement de la comptabilité (chaque mois aux normes françaises et chaque trimestre en IFRS) et de production des différentes déclarations/états financiers et liasses, vous êtes un acteur clé de la structuration de nos process comptables.

Vous assurez la consolidation et êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié des auditeurs.

Vous participez à l’implémentation de l’ERP NetSuite et mettez en place des process solides (traçabilité, segmentation des tâches ) dans le respect du référentiel PCAOB.

Au service du collectif, vous contribuez au déploiement d’outils facilitant le pilotage de l’entreprise pour les dirigeants et le quotidien des collaborateurs.

**Le Profil de Accounting Manager**:
De formation supérieure comptable DSCG ou équivalent, vous disposez impérativement de plus de 7 ans d’expérience en audit/comptabilité et dans la mise en place d’outils/process dans des environnements exigeants, en cabinet ou en entreprise.

La connaissance du monde des Biotechs et/ou des entreprises innovantes en forte croissance et/ou entreprises côtées seront des plus.

Votre anglais est opérationnel pour des échanges réguliers avec les équipes.

On reconnait votre rigueur, vos capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, votre orientation solution et votre sens du service.
