Mokki offre des services liés à l’économie circulaire. Nous offrons aux employés de bureaux un service permettant:

- De donner, revendre et recycler vêtements et produits électroniques
- La gestion de la réception et l’envoi des colis
- Des événements de pédagogie autour de l'économie circulaire comme moteur de l’impact social et environnemental

Pour chacune des actions réalisées, nous mesurons l’impact social et l’impact carbone afin de soutenir les engagements et valeurs des utilisateurs, entreprises et propriétaires d’immeubles dans lesquels nous travaillons.

Nous expérimentons différentes approches et services afin de proposer à nos Mokki Members un ensemble convivial et pratique pour faciliter leur quotidien. _Nous sommes en plein développement à grande échelle et nous souhaitons que vous fassiez partie intégrante de l'évolution de Mökki._

Sur site, vous serez l’ambassadeur(drice) de la marque. Votre mission est d’assurer le développement du service auprès des utilisateurs en leur offrant une expérience unique.

Nous sommes également, à l’écoute de toutes suggestions sur des améliorations ou nouveaux partenariats qui feront sens selon les différentes requêtes des Mokki Members.

Parmi les tâches du site manager/launcher polyvalent:

- Assurer un accueil et un service soigné aux utilisateurs
- Aider dans la mise en place d’événements ponctuels
- Gérer les flux de colis à l’aide de notre plateforme dédiée
- Trier les objets collectionnés avec l’aide de notre plateforme propriétaire
- Proposer des évolutions et améliorations du service selon
- Répondre aux questions des utilisateurs à travers l’outil zendesk
- Garantir l’image de Mokki et les valeurs que nous portons

**Profil recherché **:Vous avez une première expérience significative dans le service et vous avez un fort intérêt pour l’économie circulaire et la consommation responsable. Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’informatique.

- Horaire de journée
- Lundi au Vendredi
