**Who are we? Avio Group** is an international organization, leader in the development and production of space launchers, solid and liquid propulsion systems, as well as tactical missile systems. Avio premises are located in Italy, France and French Guyana with 5 sites and more than 1000 employees, 30% of them are involved in R&D activities.
**What do we do? **Avio is leader in space propulsion and launchers sectors, thanks to more than 50 years of activities in such fields.
In addition to its role of prime contractor for the Vega launcher family, the European Space Agency has recently decided to entrust Avio with the role of Launch Services Provider and operator of the Vega launcher.
The team in charge of the marketing and operations of Vega launch services will be based in Paris, France at AVIO FRANCE offices.

For new and challenging projects, we are looking for professionals from the space sector with passion and motivation to becoming part of a big team with importance goals. In particular a **Launch Services Contract Officer **(M/W).
As a Launch Services Contract Officer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and negotiation of launch services contracts for our space missions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful execution of launch campaigns, from mission planning to post-launch support. Your expertise in contract management and your ability to navigate complex negotiations will be critical in achieving our mission objectives and advancing our presence in outer space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and propose the Launch Service Agreement Terms and Conditions for each customer in coordination with the sales manager and the appointed Technical Officer
- Participate in the contract negotiation with customers in support to the Sales Manager
- Follow up the implementation of the Launch Services Contracts in support to the Mission Manager
- Support the Mission Manager in negotiating and implementing contractual changes to the launch services agreement as needed
- Be accountable for the legal and contractual terms of the Launch Service Contracts to the top management of the company
**Requisiti**:
- Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Law / International Law
- At least 10 years experience in international law and/or large financial transactions
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
