As one of our highly skilled **Beauty Therapist **for **Valmont ** you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.

You will be responsible for delivering an exciting and unique service to all current and potential customers. In order to maximise sales opportunities, you will be confident in making connections with customers and passional about demonstrating the products.

You’re passionate about exceptional service and luxury beauty even if you don’t yet have experience within this industry. You’re approachable, friendly and thrive working in a team to create a positive working environment with your colleagues and for your clients on counter.

**Main Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To**
- Be a **brand ambassador** with your attitude, eventing and on-brand grooming.
- Perform **cabin treatments** when needed.
- Maintain the counter/store quality and merchandising including appearance and cleanliness of counter/store, follow merchandising guidelines and ensure on shelf product availability.
- Identify **customer needs** and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences
- **Help clients** find products they’re looking for in our counter.
- Explain to customers how to **use products** they’re interested in buying.
- Ability to **work flexibility during retail hours**, which is likely to include evenings, weekends and holidays (except Christmas day).
- Ability to use **POS software and other digital systems** required to successfully run the counter
- Convey **passion **and master story telling.
- Connect with our clients and care, provide good solutions and after sales/clienteling.

**Qualifications and talents**
- **BTS Esthetique** diploma mandatory.
- **French **Fluent and good level of **English**:

- Extremely detailed oriented
- You’ll be a confident and professional sales person who loves a challenge and understands retail.
- **Excellent communication skills **and a real passion for best in-class customer experience will also be essential to your success.
- You will also be **enthusiastic **and passionate about **luxury goods.**:

- With previous experience in a retail environment and a real passion for the **Beauty Industry.**
