We are looking for an Sales Developmet to join our team.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Actively prospecting for potential customers. Cold callings
- Develop a customer pipeline
- Qualify and discover the needs of hairdressing, beauty and wellness professionals
- Pitch our Booksy services and features
- Advise and convince beauty professionals that Booksy is the best management solution for their business
- Support and collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure correct customer activation
- Manage customer relations from initial contact through to the onboarding process
- Support and collaborate with the Onboarding team for the correct activation of the client.
- Represent the company at trade shows and events to attract current and potential Booksy customers
- Ensure daily reporting of sales interactions with customers and other departments using our CRM (SalesForce)
- Follow up with current customers and review potential customers who have been previously interested

In short: prospecting, relaunching, never giving up, with a single goal (digitising the world of beauty) to make a whole sector fall in love with our product.

**Our requirements**:

- Sales experience 3-5 years.
- Experience with Google Suite/Salesforce.
- Proficiency English/French level.
