**Marketing Manager (H/F) (8-month contract)**

We are looking for someone to join our Marketing team in Paris on a fixed-term contract to reinforce the team during a maternity leave.

In this role you will manage our Public Relations activities, digital strategy, and marketing campaigns. Fluency in French and English, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, are essential.

**Team overview**
- Schroders has an established presence in France since 2001 with current assets under management of €10.4 billion. The Paris office comprises:
- a distribution team of 17 people serving professional clients (institutional investors and third party distributors) in France and Monaco;
- a real estate team of 6 people in charge of commercial business acquisitions in France, Belgium and Luxembourg;
- an Hotel real estate team (Schroder Real Estate Hotels) of 24 people specialised in hotels acquisitions and management across Europe;
- an AIFM asset management company (Schroder Capital Management) dedicated to infrastructure finance, with 17 professionals.

The French business and teams have grown significantly over the past 5 years, with a mission to develop a high performing team fostering and promoting trust, constructive communication, mission alignment and high engagement

**What you will do**
- Help managing the PR activity in coordination with our local external PR agency and the central PR team in London (press releases, media coverage, advertising campaigns, media training for our speakers, etc.)
- Follow-up of our local digital strategy (Linkedin posts, transmission of content to our media partners), maintenance of our French websites; maintenance of precise, constant and efficient activity monitoring on all these channels.
- Selection, management of the translation and promotion of most accurate internal content (market Insights, thought leadership, surveys results, etc.) through the various Digital channels
- Participation to European meetings with other digital marketing representatives in continental Europe and central representatives in London, to inform the French team of the various actions undertaken.

Participation to the implementation of dedicated marketing campaigns to support product sales through French retail networks (in coordination with respective Client Group people)

**The knowledge and experience you need**
- A minimum of 3 years in Digital Marketing
- French speaking and fluent in English with excellent written skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work autonomously
- Natural appetite for economic and financial literature and topics
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and execution skills
- Interest and knowledge in Sustainable Investing are a must

**The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help**
- Experience in an international asset management company
- Technical knowledge of financial products in all asset classes, including Private Assets
